The BALL, the CLUB and the HUMAN BODY all have design constraints,
ALL OF WHICH MUST BE MET, in order to create CORRECT IMPACT
for every shot - the full-swing, the pitch shot, the chip shot, the putt.
DESIGN CONSTRAINT OF THE BALL
The BALL must be connected at its center and below its equator
DESIGN CONSTRAINT OF THE CLUB
AT IMPACT, the club must approach the ball
•From an ‘inside’ path
•At a shallow angle and
•With a square face
DESIGN CONSTRAINT OF THE BODY
TO DELIVER The Club to the Ball correctly, IMPACT BODY POSITIONS are:
•Straight left arm (for right-handed golfer)
•Right shoulder behind left
•Body-weight centered
EVERY swing is capable of bringing the club back to the ball, SOMEHOW, with some degree of re-routing or manipulations OR with a simple over-the-top move (in less-skilled golfers).
IT has taken over 16 years of research to find a set-up plus backswing which will allow correct body-positions at impact, with NO rerouting/manipulation and with NO chance of an over-the-top downswing.
The MINIMALIST GOLF SWING ALWAYS brings the body into position for correct club-ball contact
