Kiran Kanwar - India’s first woman golf teaching professional in 1989. Subsequently always at the forefront of cutting edge research in maximizing golf swing efficiency.

Over 15 years of research have resulted in her inventing the Minimalist Golf Swing, a swing which uses only the bare minimum number of independently moving body parts to create maximum efficiency of ball-striking. It is based entirely on relevant physics/dynamics and on musculoskeletal physiology.

This swing results in the maximum distance with straight direction for any skill level of golfer, and is much easier for the human body to perform, with less scope for injury.

Similar methodology for the short game relies on a swing which can produce higher, softer pitch and bunker shots, and very accurate chip shots and putts.

Kiran would like to consider herself a specialist in teaching the teachers; in the swings of long drivers and even the swing of Tiger Woods, because everyone can make a more efficient swing!
